Your new job role is working for a supported housing provider based in Salford.
Your new role

• Repairs and Maintenance: Performing various repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, joinery, decorating, and other associated tasks
• Customer Service: Ensuring high standards of customer service by communicating effectively with tenants and addressing their concerns promptly
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with other tradespeople and team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Property Inspections: Conducting property inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance
• Documentation and Reporting: Keeping accurate records of work completed and materials used, and reporting any issues to the management team
• Continuous Improvement: Engaging in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest industry standards and practices

What you'll need to succeed
For this role you will need:

• Full UK Driving License
• Previous experience working for a social housing provider
• Multi Skilled within all trades
• Good knowledge of all building maintenance
• Minimum 5 years experience within a similar role

What you'll get in return
