Responsibilities

1. Repairs and Maintenance: Performing various repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, joinery, decorating, and other associated tasks.

Requirements

For this role, you will need:

• Full UK Driving License
• Previous experience working for a social housing provider
• Multi Skilled within all trades
• Good knowledge of all building maintenance
• Minimum 5 years experience within a similar role
