This contract provides a 24-hour emergency repair service. This post offers the opportunity to participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota, which can potentially boost earnings by approximately £10k per annum, based on one week out of a four-week rota. Participation is optional and not mandatory.
Annual salary: up to £31,060.00

This contract provides a 24-hour emergency repair service. The role involves supporting residents with responsive repairs across our property portfolio, working on a planned route, and undertaking high-standard multi-trade repairs and refurbishment activities. The candidate should have a core trade certification and be capable of delivering additional trade activities to complete repairs/refurbishments on time and to a high standard, adhering to safety, quality, and cost standards.
All roles require entitlement to work in the UK. Mears does not offer visa sponsorship. To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be over 21, have held your licence for over 3 months, and have less than 9 points. All roles are subject to DBS/security checks prior to employment.
