Job Description

Field Service Heavy Diesel Technicians needed for a busy tractor store. Enjoy lots of work, plenty of hours, great pay, many benefits, and a great schedule! Must have a positive attitude and be eager to learn.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards.
  • Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair agricultural equipment.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Manager about additional services needed for customers.
  • Provide estimates for additional repairs.
  • Execute repairs under warranty following manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Service Technician experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Diesel mechanic experience required.
  • Service Technician experience required.
  • Kubota experience preferred.
  • Steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
  • Ability to work weekends.
  • Positive, friendly attitude and eagerness to improve.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with teammates.
  • Willingness to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background check.
