As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will work alongside Redbridge Council within our social housing sector, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams who understand the importance of working together for the community.
You will support residents with reactive repairs across our portfolio of properties, working on a planned route. You will be part of a local team undertaking high-standard multi-trade repairs and refurbishment activities, ensuring safety, quality, and cost control standards are met. Your core trade qualification will enable you to deliver additional trade activities to complete repairs and refurbishment works on time and to a high standard, following standard operating procedures. You will take ownership of construction, fault finding, and maintenance repairs, aiming for first-time completion while remaining within budget and time constraints.
UK full driving license is required. To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be over 21, have held your license for more than 3 months, and have fewer than 9 points on your license.
