Role Details

• Location: Oxford
• Type: Full Time Permanent
• Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum, plus company van & fuel card
• Hours: 42.5 hours per week (0800 - 1700, Monday - Friday)

We complete over 46,000 repairs, 1,000 voids, and fit 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually across 23,500 homes. We have exciting projects ahead as we continue to grow!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Carrying out reactive repairs in unoccupied properties
• Hanging doors, skirting, architraves, fixing windows/doors, lock changes, repairing worktops, kitchen units, fitting new bathrooms, general plumbing repairs, painting and decorating, plastering, etc.
• Providing high levels of customer care at all times

Candidate Criteria

• Core trade in Carpentry, with experience in plastering, painting & decorating, and plumbing
• Experience working in similar environments and within social housing
• UK full driving license
