Job summary

Catch 22 Recruitment is recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician - Domestic in Greater London. The role covers reactive repairs across occupied residential properties with a focus on first-time fixes and high customer service standards.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2/3 in a relevant trade, have social housing experience and a valid UK driving licence. You will work with PDA/mobile job systems to ensure safe, quality work and excellent resident relations.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant trade (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Plastering, Decorating, Bricklaying, Groundworks or similar)
• Knowledge of social housing or residential maintenance environments
• Experience using PDA or mobile job management systems
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

We're looking to a speak to skilled

Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician - Domestic to join a reactive repairs team delivering high-quality maintenance works across occupied residential properties throughout Greater London and North London.

There are multiple positions available across several locations, making this a great opportunity for experienced tradespeople looking for a long-term role with a busy and growing business.
