Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality maintenance services at all MCFC sites.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
• Manage and complete allocated maintenance tasks.

Skills

Experience working in a multi skilled role

Ability to diagnose faults

Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation

Experience in mechanical or HVAC engineering

Knowledge of building management systems

Experience with a CAFM system

Fault finding and diagnostics

Certification in IPAF, PASMA

Education
