Job summary

A higher education provider is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain, install, and refurbish facilities across various campuses in the UK. The role requires a hands-on approach to preventative and reactive maintenance, as well as the ability to monitor the condition of buildings and assist in refurbishment projects. Qualifications include 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification and experience in building maintenance, along with strong manual skills. Qualifications

• Ability to undertake preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Experience in health, safety, and compliance management.
• Knowledge in documentation and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refurbish buildings and equipment.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Electrical Installations

Previous experience in building maintenance
