Job summary
A prominent sports organization in Manchester is looking for a Skilled Maintenance Operative to manage HVAC systems and maintenance services across all campus sites. Qualifications
- Recognised Mechanical/Plumbing Apprenticeship/NVQ required.
- Proven experience in a complex maintenance environment.
- Strong knowledge of AHUs, chilled water, and A/C units.
- Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems.
- Maintain, repair, and inspect heating, ventilation, and air conditioning assets.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and fault-find safely.
- Support minor installation, upgrade, and adaptation works.
- Collaborate with other trades on Planned Preventive Maintenance.
