Job summary

The Compleat Food Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Engineer to join an established engineering team. You will undertake fault-finding on mechanical and electrical systems, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure actions are properly logged in the CMMS.

The role offers 3 on/3 off days (5am-5pm) with a salary up to £50,000 DOE. Applicants with food industry experience are welcome, and a range of benefits supports wellbeing and development within a dynamic,

Qualifications

Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
Relevant Industry Qualifications.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Previous experience in a food environment is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

Analyse and fault-find mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
Perform PPMs and repairs to high engineering standards.
Record corrective actions on the CMMS system.
Demonstrate high attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Maintain a first-class work ethic at all times.
Build and develop strong relationships with site functions.
