The Compleat Food Group is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias) for our Market Drayton site. You will analyze mechanical and electrical faults, carry out PMs and repairs, and ensure actions are documented in the CMM system.

The role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail and a professional approach to safety and quality. Prior food-industry experience is beneficial but not essential.

• Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
• Relevant industry qualifications
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Food environment experience is beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities

• Analyze and fault-find Mechanical/Electrical breakdowns.
• Perform PPMs and repairs to high engineering standards.
• Ensure corrective actions are recorded on the CMM System.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail with strong analytical/reporting skills.
• Build first-class relationships with site functions.
