Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer for night shifts in Milton Keynes. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure actions are documented in the CMM system.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented engineer who can work across site functions. Working 3 on, 3 off from 5pm to 5am, you will contribute to safe, high-quality production support within a dynamic, food-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
• Relevant Industry Qualifications.
• Experience in a food environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and fault-find mechanical/electrical breakdowns.
• Perform PPMs and repairs methodically to high engineering standards.
• Ensure corrective actions are recorded on the CMM System.
• Demonstrate attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Build first-class relationships with all site functions.
