Pioneer Selection is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a busy FMCG manufacturing site in the UK. You will cover electrical and mechanical maintenance across high-speed lines, respond to breakdowns, and execute PPM to maximise uptime.

The role operates on a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift, offering a competitive salary up to £58,000 with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Desirable PLC fault-finding experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical and mechanical systems on high-speed production and packaging machinery.
• Respond to breakdowns and perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to maximise site efficiency and minimise downtime.
