Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a busy FMCG manufacturing site in the UK. You will be responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance across high-speed production and packaging machinery, responding to breakdowns and carrying out PPM work.

The role offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days and nights) with a competitive salary and benefits package including pension, life insurance, and gym access.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on maintenance including planned, reactive, and breakdown tasks.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical fault-finding.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair high-speed production and packaging machinery.
• Respond to breakdowns promptly to minimise downtime.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) across equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to boost site efficiency.
