Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is seeking a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to proactively support production with a professional and logical approach, ensuring high standards of health and safety while delivering quality workmanship in a fast-paced food environment. You will perform PPMs and repairs, log corrective actions in the CMM System, and work with site functions.

The role values teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, inclusivity, and delivering reliable engineering

Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
• Electrical bias is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a food environment is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all corrective actions are carried out and recorded on CMM System.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail with good analytical and reporting skills.
• Maintain a first-class work ethic at all times.
• Build and develop strong relationships with all site functions.
