Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) in Nuneaton to join a highly automated FMCG facility. Salary £57,000–£60,000 with 4 on 4 off shifts, including days and nights. The role offers extensive training, career progression, and a competitive benefits package.

The successful candidate will perform planned and reactive maintenance, fault find electrically, and drive continuous improvement while supporting safety standards and operator training.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or completed apprenticeship.
• Electrical qualification essential.
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience.
• Manufacturing, FMCG, food, beverage, packaging, or automated production background.
• Knowledge of CMMS and SCADA systems.
• Understanding of preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
