Qualifications

• 2+ years experience post apprenticeship.
• Knowledge of electrical machine infrastructure, 3 phase systems, wiring.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of manufacturing equipment such as granulators, shredders, balers, conveyors.
• Work on hydraulic and pneumatic systems and electrical infrastructure.
• Operate within a 3-shift arrangement and contribute to a reliable production line.

Monday – Thursday

6:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 / 22:00 – 06:00

Friday

6:00 – 13:00 / 12:00 – 19:00 / 19:00 – 02:00

Due to a retirement, an opportunity has come up for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer within an FMCG environment. Working with a well established team on a 3 shift arrangement, you will be working on the maintenance of various manufacturing equipment. Equipment covers granulators, shredders, balers, conveyors, hydraulics and pneumatics etc. Due to the make up of the team, we’re ideally looking for an electrical bias.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship within engineering ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Additional qualifications like NVQ, 18th edition etc are desirable
• 2+ years experience post apprenticeship
• Knowledge of electrical machine infrastructure, 3 phase systems, wiring etc
• Strong communication and a willingness to work as part of a team
