Pioneer Selection Ltd is helping recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a site in Welwyn Garden City. The role is dayshift, offering a £40,000–£48,000 salary and long-term stability in a fast-paced, automated environment.

You will undertake electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault finding and breakdown response, while supporting preventative maintenance and CI projects with production teams. Training and progression are highlighted as benefits.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in manufacturing or automated environments.
• Hands-on maintenance including pre-planned, reactive and breakdown work.
• Engineering qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault finding and breakdown response.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance to maximise uptime.
• Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades with production teams.
