Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a busy manufacturing site in Gloucestershire. You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and support preventative maintenance across site machinery.

The role offers a double days shift with a salary up to £56,000, plus a benefits package including pension, life insurance, and gym access, plus training opportunities for engineers.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Able to read Electrical drawings.
• Experience with PLCs and fault finding using inputs/outputs.

Responsibilities

• Electrical and mechanical maintenance on site machinery.
• Respond to breakdowns and perform planned maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across site equipment.
