Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Hoddesdon to join a busy manufacturing site. The role covers electrical and mechanical maintenance, breakdown response, and carrying out planned preventative maintenance within a supportive engineering team.

The successful candidate will have multi-skilled maintenance experience in an industrial environment, strong fault-finding abilities, and a qualification in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on maintenance: planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance on site machinery.
• Respond to machine breakdowns promptly and effectively.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
