Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in Penrith to perform planned and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery, including motors, gearboxes and conveyors. The role offers a 4-on 4-off days pattern and flexible hours with optional overtime to boost earnings.

The successful candidate will receive electrical training with clear routes to progression into managerial positions within a thriving, established company.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Ability to fault find across motors, belts and conveyors.
• Willingness to undertake electrical training and progress to management roles.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance on a range of industrial machinery.
• Maintenance and servicing of motors, gearboxes and conveyors.
• 4-on 4-off shift pattern, 42 hours a week.
• Flexible shift patterns, 8:00am - 8:00pm.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x.
