Penrith-based Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer role offering £45,000–£46,000 plus optional overtime (OTE £62k). 4-on, 4-off days, 42 hours per week, flexible hours. You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on conveyors, motors and gearboxes, with career progression toward maintenance manager within two years.

• Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance across industrial machinery.
• Fault finding on motors, gearboxes and conveyors.
• Ability to work 4-on 4-off days with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance on a range of industrial machinery.
• Maintenance and servicing of motors, gearboxes and conveyors.
• 4-on 4-off shift pattern, 42 hours a week.
• Flexible shift patterns, 8:00am - 8:00pm.
• Optional overtime available.
