Job summary

Recruit4staff represents a well-established manufacturing business in North Wales recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer. You will carry out planned, predictive and reactive maintenance across production equipment, diagnose faults quickly and support continuous improvement while upholding quality and regulatory standards.

The role features a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (2 days/2 nights, 6-6) and a generous benefits package, with salary up to £62,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance engineer in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Time-served electrical or mechanical apprenticeship.
• Strong fault-finding skills on production equipment.
• Experience working to cGMP, EHS, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance across manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose faults and implement repairs to maximise uptime.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure safety and compliance.
