The successful candidate will have extensive electrical fault-finding skills, recognised engineering qualifications (NVQ/HNC or equivalent), and a proactive approach to maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance engineer in fast-paced manufacturing or food production.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and repair skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime on production lines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure work complies with health and safety standards and food industry regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to optimise processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to maintain seamless operation.
