Job Description:

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading company, in their search for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work in their facility in Droitwich.

• 4 on 4 off shifts (days and nights)

Role - Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

• Diagnose faults and test, repair, and maintain Mechanical/Electrical equipment
• Use PMS to support prioritisation and problem-solving (RCFA)
• Contact OEMs and suppliers for technical support and expedite parts when not available on-site
• Analyze trends in faults and breakdowns to reduce downtime
• Support departmental 5s programmes for workshops and stores
• Record all engineering activities using the Electronic Maintenance Management System
• Ensure all functions comply with ISO 9001:2000 quality standards

Candidate requirements:

• Recognised Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship - ESSENTIAL
• Experience in the FMCG industry - ESSENTIAL
• Must be Multi-Skilled - ESSENTIAL
• Food/FMCG background - DESIRABLE
• IOSH/Nebosh qualification - DESIRABLE
• Willing to work in a cold environment - ESSENTIAL
