Salary is £46,000 with a Monday–Friday, 3-shift pattern (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am). The site offers strong career progression and a comprehensive benefits package including pension and gym access.

Qualifications

• Previous multi-skilled maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on electrical maintenance and fault finding.
• Experience carrying out planned, preventative, reactive and breakdown maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across automated production machinery.
• Respond to electrical and mechanical breakdowns and carry out fault-finding.
• Diagnose and repair faults to minimise production downtime.
• Complete reactive and planned maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Identify potential equipment failures and improve machine reliability.
• Support continuous improvement and engineering projects across the site.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with company procedures.

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of automated production machinery. You will play a key role in maintaining equipment reliability, minimising downtime and ensuring production runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across automated production machinery.
• Respond to electrical and mechanical breakdowns and carry out effective fault-finding.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Previous multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands‑on electrical maintenance and fault‑finding experience.
• Experience carrying out planned, preventative, reactive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast‑paced production environment.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Technician within the UK manufacturing sector.
• Experience working with automated production machinery.
• Mechanical maintenance and fault‑finding experience alongside a strong electrical skill set.
