Pioneer Selection is recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in South Kirkby. The role involves electrical and mechanical fault-finding, breakdown response, and supporting ongoing improvements on factory machinery.

The successful candidate will have an engineering qualification, hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, and exposure to PLC fault finding. The position offers days and nights shifts on a 12-hour pattern and a salary of around £50,000.

Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

The Multi Skilled Engineer will be involved in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Engineering Qualification
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Essential requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience with working on PLC's, ideally being able to fault find using inputs and outputs
