Qualifications

• Must have multi-skilled maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical) or equivalent.
• Experience with planned, preventive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced plant.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on site machinery.
• Respond to breakdowns and implement effective fault-finding.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance to minimise unscheduled downtime.

Job Title - Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location - Knottingley

Salary: £50,000

Shift: Days and Nights 12 hour

Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

The Multi Skilled Engineer will be involved in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Engineering Qualification
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Essential requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience with working on PLC's, ideally being able to fault find using inputs and outputs
