Multi-Skilled Machine Operator

Pontefract (home of Butterkist Popcorn)

3 shift rotation (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00)

In this role, you’ll operate a variety of machines across packing and processing lines to deliver high-quality products. You’ll meet production targets while maintaining safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards. You will support continuous improvement by identifying and resolving issues, conducting product quality checks, and ensuring compliance with our standards. Your responsibilities include changeovers, shutdown cleans, and following our Integrated Work System (IWS) principles to keep operations efficient.
