Requirements as a Production Operative

• Work on an automated production line to ensure the manufacture of products and meet established QA expectations
• Monitor machinery and report issues
• Make manufacturing adjustments and work according to 5S principles
• Conduct quality testing of certain batches and report any issues
• Operate SCADA and PLC machines in a state-of-the-art facility

Roles and responsibilities of a Production Operative

• Produce high-quality products by operating production machinery
• Manually pack and move heavy products
• Create and maintain the highest standards of 5S housekeeping and environmental management
• Operate a range of machines as part of a multi-skilled team
• Full UK Driving Licence required
