Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Multi-skilled Joiner to join the North East team. The role covers Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottingham, with a 40-hour regular week and participation in an out-of-hours callout rota. A full UK driving licence and basic DBS check are required, with relocation considerations as needed.

You will carry out fire risk remediation and multi-trade tasks in residents' homes, ensuring safety and high-quality workmanship across social housing environments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate competence across multiple trades including basic plumbing, tiling, groundwork and mould treatment.
• Experience delivering high-quality service in a customer-focused social housing setting.
• Ability to follow procedures, record information accurately and work methodically.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fire risk remediations and general multi-skilled work.
• Work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Be part of an on-call rota with out-of-hours payments.
