Job summary

Your Housing Group is seeking a Multi-Skilled Joiner/Floor Layer to join our Repairs and Maintenance Division. You will carry out joinery and flooring repairs and replacements in residential properties across the North West, delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Based in Warrington/Wigan with a 40-hour week Mon-Fri, you will use access equipment safely, work at height, and record works in our job management system.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent recognised qualification(s).
• Experience working safely at height and using appropriate access equipment.
• Experience in property maintenance and repair works to a high standard.
• Experience in additional trades would be highly beneficial.
• Full UK Driving Licence (ideally no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections.
• Identify defects, recommend and complete appropriate repairs.
• Complete maintenance works where required.
• Use access equipment and work safely at height in accordance with company procedures.
• Record completed works accurately using our job management system.
• Ensure that company vehicles, equipment and tools are in a safe and serviceable condition.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent Your Housing Group professionally at all times.
• Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
