This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Joiner/Floor Layer to join Your Housing Groups Repairs and Maintenance Division and provide a high-quality Joinery and Floor Laying, repairs and replacement service. This role sits within our Responsive Repairs Team, covering our homes across the North West region. What will my working week look like? This role is based on a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. You will work within the Warrington and Wigan area and also be able to cover properties across the North West region. You will also need to live within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington to attend meetings and training courses when needed.
What will I be responsible for doing? First and foremost, you will be responsible for carrying out Joinery and flooring repairs and replacements to a wide range of residential properties One of the great things about this role is the variety of work involved. You'll be working across multiple locations, diagnosing issues, carrying out repairs, and helping to proactively prevent future maintenance problems.
