Job summary

Your Housing Group in the North West is seeking a Multi Skilled Joiner to deliver high quality joinery repairs in empty homes across Merseyside, Wigan, Warrington and surrounding areas. The role requires flexibility to travel as needed and to work within the Repairs and Maintenance Division.

You will join a collaborative team, drive first-time fix quality, and hold a full UK driving licence. The role offers a permanent contract, 40 hours per week, and a salary of £36,089.55 with van and fuel,

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent recognised competency/qualification within the Joinery field.
• Experience of undertaking additional repairs and maintenance outside of a Joinery skill set.
• Experience of working as a Joiner within the housing sector would be of real interest.
• You will have a full UK Driving Licence (ideally no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance in empty properties as part of the Empty Homes team.
• Perform joinery works to high standards with emphasis on quality, productivity and safety.
• Deliver a bespoke service, understanding customer needs and ensuring right-first-time delivery.
