Job summary

Your Housing Group is seeking a Multi Skilled Joiner to join the Repairs and Maintenance Division in Wigan and Warrington. You will perform joinery and plumbing repairs in customers' homes, delivering high-quality service with a customer-focused approach.

Working a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, starting at 8:00 am, with a salary of £36,089.55 rising to £37,460.95 after probation. A full UK driving licence and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Experience or further qualification in additional skilled trades is beneficial.
• Full UK Driving Licence (ideally no more than 6 points).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine day-to-day joinery and plumbing repairs to a high standard in customers' homes in Wigan and Warrington.
• Provide a customer-focused service with clear communication.
• Attend the Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington for meetings and training as needed.
• Ensure repairs are completed right-first-time and maintain quality service.
