Job summary

Your Housing Group is looking for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join the Empty Homes Repairs team across Merseyside, Wigan, Warrington and surrounding areas. You will carry out joinery repairs and replacements in empty properties, delivering high-quality workmanship with safety and customer care at the forefront.

Ideally you live near your regional area, hold an NVQ Level 3 in Joinery, a full UK driving licence, and have housing sector experience.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent recognised joinery qualification.
• Experience in housing sector repairs is desirable.
• Basic health and safety knowledge.
• Full UK Driving Licence (ideally ≤6 points).
• Collaborative team player with strong customer service.
• Keen to deliver quality first time.

Responsibilities

• Carry out joinery repairs and maintenance in empty properties.
• Complete works to high standards with safety in mind.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Work as part of the Repairs and Maintenance team across Merseyside, Wigan and Warrington.
