Pertemps is seeking a Multi Skilled Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer to support our contract management teams in London zones 1 and 2. The role involves PPMs and reactive maintenance across M&E services, using tablet logging and ensuring asset registers are up to date.

Applicants should hold Electrical Level 3 with 18th edition wiring regs, with field experience in building services. The package includes a competitive salary and travel support, with progression opportunities in a busy London

Responsabilités

• Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance across M&E services (emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plants, water treatment, boilers, chillers).
• Use tablet to log and close PPM/reactive calls and maintain asset registers.
• Complete detailed worksheets on tablet for additional works identified.
• Follow maintenance schedules, safe working practices and method statements, ensuring paperwork is completed and submitted on time.
• Adhere to procurement practices as directed by the company.

Based Foot Mobile (Central London)

The Company:

Due to significant growth, my client is looking for an experienced and dedicated foot Mobile Building Services Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will support our Contract Management Teams in providing top-tier service to our clients. Majority of the work will be based in London Zones 1 & 2.

Job Purpose

Working on a foot mobile basis, mainly between zones 1 & 2 carrying out the following works responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

PPM's and Reactive maintenance across M&E Services - Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment, boilers, chillers.

Use tablet technology to log and close PPM and reactive calls, maintaining up-to-date asset registers and test sheets.

Complete detailed work sheets on tablet for additional works as identified.

Follow maintenance schedules, safe working practices, and method statements, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted on time.

Adhere to procurement practices as directed by the company.

Qualifications:

Electrical level 3 – 18th edition wiring and regulations

PACKAGE:

- 43 - 48k basic salary

- Hours of Work 08.00 – 17.00

- 20 days holiday per year + 8 bank holidays – rises a day each year in business to maximum of 25.
