Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience with PLCs and variable speed drives.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement improvements.
• Strong teamwork and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance to maximise machine uptime
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise production disruption
• Diagnose faults using electrical and mechanical root cause analysis techniques
• Support installation and maintenance of electrical systems (up to 400V), PLCs, and control circuits
• Contribute to continuous improvement and equipment optimisation projects
• Assist in developing risk assessments, SOPs, and maintenance schedules
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors
• Ensure all safety risks and breakdowns are addressed promptly
