Job summary

Müller is seeking a proactive Multi-Skilled Engineer for our Droitwich site to perform planned, preventive and reactive maintenance while driving continuous improvement across production operations.

You will diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, interpret drawings, and support FMEA initiatives. The role offers development opportunities within a collaborative team environment and a clear progression path.

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering apprenticeship is required.
• HNC in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Manufacturing maintenance experience is essential.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills are required.
• Automation and continuous improvement experience is desirable.
• Extensive training and development opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned, preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
• Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings.
• Support FMEA and continuous improvement activities.
• Identify asset reliability and process improvements.
• Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime.
