Job summary

Müller is seeking a proactive Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our Droitwich site, delivering planned and reactive maintenance while driving continuous improvement across production operations.

You will carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, read electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings, support FMEA and asset reliability initiatives, and work closely with production teams to minimise downtime.

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering apprenticeship.
• HNC in Electrical Engineering preferred (or Mechanics with strong electrical competence).
• Manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
• Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings.
• Support FMEA and continuous improvement activities.
• Identify and implement asset reliability and process improvements.
• Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime.
