ROLE: Multiskilled Engineer – HVAC BiasHOURS: 40 hours per weekLOCATION: Birmingham

We're looking for an experienced Multiskilled Engineer with an HVAC bias to maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores, delivering the highest level of service to our client.

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain, service and repair HVAC and associated building services equipment within retail environments.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client queries and keeping them informed of all site activities.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and statutory compliance works.
• Supervise and assist contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring all works comply with statutory and safety requirements.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and within required timescales.

Required Qualifications:

• City & Guilds qualification or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Proven experience within a maintenance or facilities management environment.
• Strong understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building statutory compliance.
• Ability to manually handle tools and equipment up to 20kg, work at heights, and ascend/descend vertical access equipment.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to participate in a call-out rota.
