Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in London and the south west is seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to maintain air conditioning, UPS, generators and general building services across Mitie's clients.

This field-based role will see you acting as the site lead on air conditioning systems and working across diverse sites in the London and SW region. You will perform PPM and reactive maintenance, conduct diagnostic checks, and manage your workload while prioritising safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration.
• Physically able to carry out the full duties.
• Commitment to the delivery of excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and Reactive Maintenance on air conditioning systems, UPS, generators and building services.
• Act as the site lead on air conditioning systems.

• Prioritise your own workload.
• Undertake general maintenance tasks to assist the wider maintenance team.

Job description

ROLE: Mobile Air Conditioning / Multi-Skilled Engineer HOURS: 40 hours a week LOCATION: London and south west, field based role (Ideally in the TW,KT or SW post codes), We're looking for an experienced Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to work with a range of Mitie clients by maintaining new and existing air conditioning, UPS, generators and general building services.

Role Responsibilities:

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance on air conditioning systems, UPS, generators and general building services
• Act as the site lead on air conditioning systems
• Carry out diagnostic checks and fault finding
• Effectively prioritise your own workload
• Undertake general maintenance tasks to assist the wider maintenance team
• Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time
• Work in accordance with Health & Safety procedures and maintain a proactive and positive approach to work

Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
