Job summary

Hector Francis Limited is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer with a strong electrical background to join the engineering team across Grassington and Keighley. The role focuses on keeping plant and services running safely and efficiently, with hands-on involvement in planned maintenance, fault-finding and continuous improvement.

Key duties include PPM, diagnostics, installing and commissioning new equipment and supporting projects.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong electrical engineering background.
• 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Experience with PLC fault-finding, repair and programming.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within FMCG/manufacturing.
• Experience with automated electro/mechanical systems.
• 5+ years' manufacturing experience.
• Food industry experience is desirable.
• A full UK driving licence and own transport.
• A reliable, hands-on approach and positive can-do attitude.

The Role

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Diagnosing and repairing equipment faults
