Job summary

WH Scott Group in the Bristol area is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our team. You will attend breakdowns, service, test and commission overhead gantry cranes and lifting equipment for diverse customers.

This role requires you to diagnose faults, handle electrical and mechanical systems, and travel up to 25%. We offer on-site parking, company uniform with PPE, and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Electrical engineering expertise with a solid understanding of three-phase control systems.
• Mechanical experience with medium to large motors, electro-mechanical brakes, and reduction gearboxes.
• Familiarity with PLCs and inverter control systems is desirable but not essential.
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel (25% travel).

About the Role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will:

• Support the installation of lifting equipment for a variety of customers across the South East.
• Work with electrical and mechanical systems to ensure the highest quality of maintenance and service.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
