Job summary

Tech-People are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work on a commercial warehouse site in Rugby. Start date: 24/09/2026, duration 2 months, 45 hours per week.

Duties include planned electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault finding, and liaising with external contractors. Working 8:00am–5:00pm, paid via Umbrella PAYE. Apply via umbrella arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance on commercial/warehouse environments.
• Good fault-finding skills and methodical approach to tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly and stay organised in a busy site setting.

Tech-People are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to work on a commercial site within a warehouse in Rugby.

Rugby

Start: 24/09/2026

Duration: 2 months

45 hours per week

8:00am-5:00pm

£28.94 per hour Umbrella PAYE / £22.23 per hour PAYE

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance on electrical and mechanical assets
• Attend reactive maintenance and respond to faults
• Escort external vendors and contractors around site
• Assist the Site Manager with day-to-day tasks
• Complete maintenance records and report any issues
• Follow site Health & Safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous multi-skilled maintenance experience
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
• Good fault-finding skills
• Comfortable working within a busy commercial/warehouse environment
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Must be paid via Umbrella PAYE - no CIS or Ltd Company payments.
