Job summary

Tech-People is hiring a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Electrician for an Amazon site in Rugby. The role covers PPM and reactive maintenance across the site, with duties spanning fault finding, testing, lighting, power and building services maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 18th Edition, qualified electrician status, and experience on large commercial/industrial sites. On-site/off-site coordination and documentation are part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition qualification - essential.
• Qualified/experienced electrician.
• Previous commercial/industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience working on large commercial/industrial sites desirable.

Responsibilities

• Electrical fault finding, repairs and maintenance.
• Testing and inspection of electrical systems and equipment.
• Maintenance of lighting, power, sockets and distribution equipment.
• Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Basic mechanical maintenance and fault finding.
• Maintenance of pumps, motors, fans and other building services equipment.
• Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs.
• Checking and maintaining plant and equipment.
• Completing maintenance records and CAFM documentation.
• Following Risk Assessments, Method Statements and site Health & Safety procedures.
• Liaising with the site management team and reporting defects or issues.

Location: Rugby Site: Amazon Start: ASAP Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:00am-4:30pm Rate: £21.17 per hour PAYE / £27.57 per hour Umbrella

We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Electrician to work on an Amazon site in Rugby. The role will involve carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site.
