Job summary

Invictus Group is seeking a Multi-Site Technician to support a busy facilities and maintenance team in Coventry and surrounding areas. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical and building assets, ensuring safe, compliant operations across several sites.

The role requires Level 3 electrical qualifications, 18th Edition, and proven maintenance experience. A full UK driving licence is essential and the package includes enhanced holiday and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Level 3 electrical qualification is essential.
• 18th Edition (C&G 2382) is required.
• Experience in electrical maintenance and repairs is essential.
• Electrical testing and certification experience is desirable.
• 2391 Testing and Inspection is desirable.
• General plumbing and building maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively.
• Full, current UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
• Diagnose faults and repair electrical, mechanical and building systems.
• Maintain and repair equipment including fans, pumps, compressors, catering and bakery equipment.
• Work on lighting, water services, building fabric and electrical equipment.
• Complete PPMs and keep maintenance records up to date.
• Prioritise tasks to meet SLAs and response times.
• Provide first-line support for HVAC, fire and security systems; escalate as required.
• Supervise and coach a Maintenance Assistant.
• Ensure work complies with procedures and health and safety standards.
• Work across multiple sites and maintain high safety standards.

Multi-Site Technician

Location: Coventry / Warwickshire

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Mon - Fri 8-5

Salary: £41,500

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Site Technician to join a busy facilities and maintenance team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites within a designated region.

You will be responsible for ensuring a wide range of electrical, mechanical and building assets are maintained safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements and health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs across electrical, mechanical and building systems.
• Maintain and repair equipment including fans, pumps, compressors, catering and bakery equipment.
• Work on lighting systems, water services, building fabric and fixed/portable electrical equipment.
• Complete PPM remedial works and ensure maintenance records are accurately updated.
• Prioritise jobs to meet agreed timescales and service level agreements.
• Provide first-line support for HVAC, fire and security systems and elevate specialist issues where required.
• Supervise and support a Maintenance Assistant, providing coaching and guidance.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and relevant legislation.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety across all sites.
• Work at height when required.
• Provide a professional and customer-focused service across all locations.

About You

• Relevant Level 3 electrical qualification.
• 18th Edition electrical qualification (C&G 2382).
• Proven experience working in an electrical maintenance environment.
• Experience carrying out electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to complete electrical testing and certification is desirable.
• C&G 2391 Testing and Inspection qualification is desirable.
• General plumbing and building maintenance experience.
• Able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible approach to working across multiple sites.
• Full, current UK driving licence.
