Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled MEP Engineer with an Electrical Bias to support a portfolio of large government-owned commercial buildings across Humberside, primarily around Hull.

This mobile role covers planned and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical and general building services, including fault finding, lighting and plant such as AHUs/FCUs, pumps and related equipment. A DBS check may be required.

Competenze

• Strong electrical maintenance background.
• Experience within Facilities Management, building services or commercial maintenance.
• Multi-skilled experience across electrical, mechanical and general building services.
• Relevant electrical qualification.
• Ability to pass a DBS check due to site requirements.

Mansioni

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings
• Complete electrical fault finding, repairs and general maintenance
• Support mechanical and plumbing maintenance where required
• Work on lighting, emergency lighting, AHUs, FCUs, pumps and associated plant

• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site and contractual requirements

Our client, a leading Facilities Management provider, is looking to recruit an experienced Multi Skilled MEP Engineer with an Electrical Bias to support a portfolio of large government-owned commercial buildings across Humberside, primarily around Hull.

This is a mobile building services role covering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of electrical, mechanical and general building services systems.

The Role

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings

• Complete electrical fault finding, repairs and general maintenance

• Support mechanical and plumbing maintenance where required

• Work on building services equipment including lighting, emergency lighting, AHUs, FCUs, pumps and associated plant

• Carry out general multi-skilled maintenance duties across the portfolio

• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site and contractual requirements

Requirements

• Strong electrical maintenance background

• Previous experience within Facilities Management, building services or commercial maintenance

• Multi-skilled experience across electrical, mechanical and general building services

• Relevant electrical qualification

• Good fault-finding ability

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Ability to work independently across multiple sites

• Successful candidate must be able to pass a DBS check due to the nature of the sites
