Multi-Skilled Engineer

A long-established and stable manufacturer in Oxfordshire is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join its experienced day-shift team. This is a newly created role supporting production, site services and ongoing improvement projects.

The Role
  • Mechanical and electrical maintenance across a range of site equipment
  • Fault-finding, breakdown response and planned maintenance
  • Safe working within electrical panels (must hold relevant electrical qualification)
  • Supporting small and larger-scale engineering projects
  • Hands‑on troubleshooting, problem solving and prioritising multiple tasks

  • Confident fault‑finding (no PLC programming required)
  • Practical, common-sense approach and strong communication skills
